A new user experience to make sorting your future even easier

Career One VFair is a yearly online event that is designed to help educate school leavers about further education options available to them, without having to go to a traditional careers fair. 

After the second year of Vfair running we learned large amounts about how people were using the site, and through seeing what worked and didn't work, along with feedback we re-worked most sections of the site to improve the experience. 

Along with an extra layer of polish, the largest changes came in reworking how navigation worked on the site, indroducing a persistant floating side nav that showed the user far more clearly where they were, and what they were doing. We also completely re-looked at how the chat modules worked, and improved the sign-up process so that it was far faster to get through. 

We also looked at how exhibitors used the site, and streamlined the process of them getting set up and all their assets uploaded. 

The result was a much smoother , and far more enriched experience with a better bounce rate.
